The role of the Local Governing Body is to influence and challenge the leadership team to ensure that the school delivers the best possible educational outcomes for its students. The Local Governing Body is responsible for setting the vision, ethos and strategic direction of the school, as well as overseeing its financial performance and making sure that its money is well spent.
