King's Group Academies

Current Vacancies:

Behaviour Support Worker

We have a distinctive school culture which all staff and students understand and buy in to. We have committed and highly visible school leaders who are ambitious for the future success of the school. All stakeholders share a clear understanding of the school culture – ‘this is how we do things here and these are the values we hold’. This ambitious and supportive school culture expects attention to detail and thoroughness in all that we do – from students, staff and all stakeholders, and a core belief that all students matter equally.

We are looking for someone to join our pastoral support team, comprising our Heads of Progress and Student Support Team, to provide guidance, mentoring and a positive role model for our students.

The successful applicant will have a background working with young people and will be committed to securing the best possible outcomes for them. We are looking for someone where commitment and drive may be more important than formal qualifications and someone who has the abiklity to 'think outside the box' in finding solutions for young people.

We are an ambitious and forward thinking school that wants and expects the best for all our students. Recently recognised as 'Good' overall with Outstanding Leadership and Management by Ofsted, we are also an extremely rewarding place to work that prioritises staff well-being and personal development, providing access and time to complete additional qualifications. We are very happy to discuss flexible working arrangements and/ part-time working.
